*Eligibility to receive gift cards are valid only for the intended recipient of the postcard or email. All recipients must be active, licensed commercial real estate agents. Only one (1) $25 gift card awarded per agent. A maximum of three (3) $250 gift cards will be awarded to an individual agent, and only for unique client visits. Repeat visits by the same client is not eligible. Only one (1) $2,500 gift card will be awarded upon delivery of signed lease. The awarding of gifts is at the discretion of the management of 1700 East Putnam Avenue and may change at any time, without notice. Incentive expires on December 31, 2019.
